LAS Travels has made this facility available to you as a value-added service. Using this service, you can send in your “Requests” for booking various services offered by LAS Travels. Your “Request for Booking” will be processed for confirmation of prices and availability of services requested by you. Only on LAS TraveI’s confirmation to you about the prices and availability, LAS Travels will be bound to provide you the requested services subject however to you making full payment and complying with the relevant terms and conditions. Any correspondence with you prior to LAS Travel’s aforesaid confirmation will not be treated as any acceptance of your request. The online booking of the products and services made available through this website is subject to availability and solely at the discretion of LAS Travels and/or its respective suppliers.

- Indemnity

This agreement is governed by the Indian laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Trivandrum, INDIA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website and also with respect to any claim/damages on any account arising out of bookings done through this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and LAS Travels as a result of this agreement or use of this website. LAS Travel's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of LAS Travel's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of this website or information provided to or gathered by LAS Travels with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. - Reservations and Purchases
When you make a reservation or purchase online with LAS Travels, we will share information about you and your purchase with our travel suppliers. We will only provide the necessary information to ensure your travel arrangements are confirmed with these travel suppliers. The travel suppliers will use your credit-card information to process your ticket or reservation.
- User Account, Password, Security
You will be required to choose a username and a password to enable use of your account. Keeping username and password confidential and secure from misuse is entirely your responsibility.
Any transaction (as defined above) or use or activity from your account, giving rise to any liability monetary or legal or otherwise, are your responsibility. Where you have reasons to suspect that there may have been unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security you must immediately inform LAS Travels. LAS Travels will not be responsible, under any circumstances whatsoever, for any losses that are incurred due to any misuse of your account by another, with or without your consent or knowledge or by yourself.
You must ensure that you exit your account when you end your visit to LAS Travels
Also, if any losses are incurred by LAS Travels or any other person due to misuse of your account by another, it will be your responsibility and at your cost.
- Legal Capacity
To transact you must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement (i.e. you are above 18 years of age and are of sound mind).
